John the shady indie denier

Right, I've had more than enough of the print industry. Another job to put behind me. Another embarrassingly short spell on my CV. No-one seems to notice though, frankly.
I'm using up my final week's holiday allowance this week, then I'll have two weeks left - finishing in time for Christmas. Then a move to Edinburgh. Just to keep things interesting.
Should I look out for you pounding the floors of CC's in future, then? ;o)
Haha, I suppose it could be said that the chances are now marginally higher :p
Increased from 0.0001 to 0.001, perhaps? I haven't been there since June last year, thank the lord.
Ach, well, I hope you enjoy your move oop north. It is a lovely city. Now we just have to work on getting you to love Glasgow, too :o)
We're certainly talking margin of error stuff.
Yes, I think the move will be a good one. Bit of a pain lugging all my books and CDs all that bluddy distance, but I'll find a way. Gosh yes. I've not been to Glasgow for a year or two. Even so, I'm not sure it will take /all/ that much work to win me over to the place.
Well Glasgow's got a much better music scene than Edinburgh, so I'm sure that'll drag you the 50 miles.
I presume you'll be hanging around the likes of the Forrest Cafe when you're up here?
Aye, I'd noticed the music scene discrepancies. In all honesty from Leicester I'd have to go to Nottingham to be in with a chance, so I'm up for the travelling. We'll see once I'm up here for good.
The likes of the Forest Café, gosh maybe. I'll admit to not having ventured inside the place as yet. I have visions of the heavy atmosphere of committees and working groups hanging in the air, like the very worst of Green Party meetings. With food. And music.
